International Critical Communications Awards 2018 to be held at the 'Palais am Funkturm'

Critical Communications world announced today that the International Critical Communications Awards (ICCA) are being held on 15th May 2018 at the Palais am Funkturm in central Berlin. The awards celebrate innovation, excellence and execution in mission critical communications, recognising products, organisations and individuals who push the boundaries of technological capabilities. The entries are judged by an independent panel and with a total of eleven different categories categories ranging from TCCA Young engineer of the year award, Best evolution to future broadband award to Best use of control systems award, amongst others. New award entries can still be submitted no later than 5th March 2018.

Designed by Bruno Grimmek, the Palais am Funkturm was built in 1956/57, and was one of the best-looking and most modern venues hosting events and guests in Germany. Featuring an unusual room layout and the charm of the Fifties, this listed building, the "Palais am Funkturm", is a unique venue for balls, banquets and receptions, congress events and lectures.
