L'ARCEP (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes), the French Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, has signed an agreement with mobile operators in which they commit to: improve reception quality throughout the country, particularly in rural areas and to improve telephone coverage inside buildings. These new obligations are binding and may be subject to sanctions by L'ARCEP in case of non-compliance. These 4G coverage improvements in France will make it possible to make the most of the INSTAVOX solution throughout France, especially in low population density areas, where the INSTAVOX PTT solution is even more relevant.

INSTAVOX PTT is a business critical solution which makes it possible to create a "virtual" private radiocommunication network, without investment in infrastructure, by relying on mobile operator networks and will thus allow communities, carriers, public works, taxis, ambulances, to communicate instantly and simultaneously.
