Avtec awards interoperability certification to Synergon and NICE

Avtec awarded its “Works with Scout” gold certification to two logging recorder vendors: Synergon Solutions and NICE. To earn gold certification—the top compatibility level—means that Synergon’s Vault™ and NICE’s Uptivity™ logging recorder technologies are highly integrated with Avtec’s Scout™ voice dispatch consoles. This allows dispatchers to capture and play back audio, capture and display metadata, and filter and find recordings using metadata. These capabilities are particularly vital in mission-critical settings, such as 911 emergency call centers and dispatch environments for utilities, airlines and railroads.

“Avtec’s ‘Works with Scout’ program is a rigorous standard that requires more than 40 hours of stringent quality assurance testing,” said Avtec product manager Wayne Hutchinson. “This achievement by Synergon and NICE demonstrates their commitment to providing our mutual customers with integrated solutions and the advanced analytics they need in their contact centers.”
