Ethiopian Ambassador Visits Hytera Headquarter

During the meeting, the ambassador shared his experience of a three-day Guangdong trip and affirmed the important role played by Shenzhen enterprises in the process of China's rapid economic development.

Teshome Toga Chanaka, Ambassador of Ethiopia to the People's Republic of China, Consul General of Ethiopian Consulate in Guangzhou Teferi Melesse Desta, Counsellor Marsresha Endalew, consul Tsedey Getachew Girmaye and representatives of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA) visited Hytera on 23rd May.

Steven Hao, deputy general manager of Hytera Overseas Sales Central Dept., who hosted the meeting, received the delegation, SOA guests, and seven executives from other companies based in Shenzhen.

During the meeting, the ambassador shared his experience of a three-day Guangdong trip and affirmed the important role played by Shenzhen enterprises in the process of China's rapid economic development. Moreover, he discussed the current economic situations in Ethiopia, adding that the Ethiopian government would support Chinese high-end manufacturers’ growth in it's market. The ambassador welcomes all Shenzhen companies to invest and develop in Ethiopia.

Lucy SUN, Executive Chairman of SOA gave an introduction of SOA and said SOA maintained friendly and cooperative relations with many African companies. SOA contributed to the outbound development of Shenzhen enterprises.

Steven HAO, deputy general manager of Hytera Overseas Sales Central Dept., contributed to the meeting with a speech and introduced a number of successful Hytera projects in Ethiopia. He expressed that Hytera is willing to have more and more collaborations with Ethiopian companies.

The Ethiopian office of Hytera is located in the capital Addis Ababa and has a complete sales and after-sales team to serve the local government and enterprises at present. The Ethiopian teamhase close collaborations with local government sectors, such as the Addis Ababa Police Commission. Hytera communication and security programs provide solutions to local events such as The African Union Summit.
