West Corporation rebrands Intrado
West Corporation, a leading provider of technology-enabled communication services, announced last week that its Intrado subsidiary will be rebranded as “West.” The change will be effective during the first quarter of 2016.
West acquired Intrado in 2006 and then made several additional acquisitions to bolster its safety services offerings. These products and solutions will come together in one unified offering to form West’s Safety Services line of business.

We deliver highly reliable 9-1-1 systems and services to carriers and enterprises in support of the nation’s 9-1-1 infrastructure to help save lives,” said Mary Hester, President, Safety Services. “This brand alignment will unify our offerings and allow us to better serve the communication needs of our clients.”
