Smart Horizons is pleased to announce a milestone in the relationship with our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) interface partners.

Continuing in our commitment to excellence, Smart Horizons has created an interface certification program for 9-1-1 Adviser. The 9-1-1 Adviser certification program will improve system interoperability and streamline the integration process between the 9-1-1 Adviser software and our interface partner's products.

First released in May 2011, 9-1-1 Adviser has since been implemented in agencies across the country. The software's popularity has grown as public safety answering points (PSAPs) upgrade software to standardize their practices. 9-1-1 Adviser has a unique ability to be configured based on the specific needs of an agency. With this certification program, agencies can purchase a proven combination of software for their PSAP.

"Customer satisfaction is our goal," states Nikia Anderson, Program Manager for Smart Horizons Public Safety Software Department. "This certification program ensures that 9-1-1 Adviser and our CAD partners will provide the level of functionality needed by agencies to effectively and efficiently provide emergency response."
