Public Safety Agencies interconnect with the DX-Altus

City of Lake City in Florida has recently installed a DX-Altus Radio Management System to manage radio communications across Police, Fire, City Government and Utilities.

The DX Altus Digital radiomanagement system that has interoperability with protocols such as DMR, TETRA and P25, was chosen for its large feature set, IP backbone and ease of expansion in the future, all on a tight budget.

By working with Omnitronics, Lake  City had direct access to an engineering team which provided a custom solutions to meet their needs including onsite commissioning & dispatchter training. They now look to the future for possible expansion, off site dispatching and migration to digital – all which can be achieved with the DX-Altus.
