Hytera appoints Ricardo Bovo as Vice President Sales for Brasil

Hytera, the company that designs and manufactures professional equipment for mobile communications, appointed Ricardo Bovo to the position of Vice President of Sales in Brazil.

The executive who once ran systems sales will be responsible for all commercial activiteis in the country. "We have an aggressive goal for 2014: 300 % increase in revenue compared to the previous year. To achieve this, we strongly believe in hiring managers to strategic areas and complete the solutions that are present in our portfolio," said Bovo.

With over 20 years experience in radio communications, the executive has built a successful career. For five years, he was general manager at Splice Group  and he served over 15 years as an account manager at Motorola and for 2 years as Director of Sales at Cassidian.

Known worldwide for his presentations at international conferences such as the International Wire Comunication Expo (IWCE), Utilities Telecom Council (UTC) and Critical Communications Wolrd (CCW), Bovo is considered to be a leading expert on TETRA and Critical Missions in Brazil.

Bovo is a graduate in Electrical Engineering FACENS in Sorocaba (SP) and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ohio, USA.
