Entropia Digital signes a 15.000 Tetra radio agreement with Hytera

Entropia Digital, leading Tetra service provider in Belgium and The Netherlands purchased 15.000 Tetra radio’s from Hytera. The radio’s will be offered on the Entropia network, based on a managed service model.

Entropia Digital, leading TETRA service provider in Belgium and The Netherlands purchased 15.000 Tetra radio’s from Hytera. The radio’s will be offered on the Entropia network, based on a managed service model. At the beginning of last month Entropia Digital caused a huge stir in the world of two-way radios by wanting to accredit 15,000 radios via a Tweet.

Entropia is offering two service models.

The first service cost 25 Euro per month and includes local TETRA network service for example for industrial plant, harbour quay, hospital, etc as well as a mobile or portable radio included with with battery, charger, stubby antenna, maintenance, including swap warranty.


The second service cost 35 Euro per month and includes wide-area Tetra network coverage In Flanders and The Netherlands and a mobile or portable radio with battery, charger, stubby antenna, maintenance, including swap warranty.

 

The first badge of 1.000 radio’s for the new and existing customers will be supplied before Christmas. From end of June 2014, Entropia wwill offer more than 60.000 km2 TETRA network coverage in Flanders and The Netherlands.
