TETRA System to be installed in the Adams Mine

The new network for "Adams" will be the second implementation of a TETRA system in the Polish mining industry after the installation of a TETRA system in the mine in Belchatow.

Brown Coal Mine "Adams" located in Poland, will upgrade its analogue communications system to TETRA. New system will operate in an area around of about 10 km. One of the requirements of the new newtworkd is the smooth transition from analogue to digital and the ability to work with the telephone network. for he first stage 23 TETRA radios will be purchased. Looking ahead, the mine will withdraw completely from the old system and will buy another 200 pieces of two-way TETRA radios. a minimum of 30 days.

Meanwhile, two companies have submitted their offer: RadioPartners and Nexrad Telecom.
