TetraNed and Airwave have confirmed their cooperation by signing a cooperation agreement concerning the exchange of knowledge, expertise and experience. It concerns the following focus areas:

  • messaging data / solutions;
  • emergency room solutions;
  • incident communications and applications;
  • Improving TETRA network;
  • geographic information.

The intended partnership combines the expertise of TetraNed on the Dutch market with solutions that Airwave offers. Under the agreement TetraNed focuses on the implementation, acceptance and maintenance of solutions. Airwave focuses on development and support solutions.

TetraNed Netherlands is the leading system integrator in the field of design, configuration and deployment of mission critical radio networks.
TetraNed has proven know-how and is currently maintaining and managing the C2000 TETRA network for public safety in The Netherlands. Also the TETRA communications network of Entropia Digital in Belgium is maintained by TetraNed.

Airwave designs, builds and maintains the largest public radio communication network in the world and delivers mission critical voice and data communications network for the Public Order and Security in England. Besides police, fire and ambulance, this also includes local governments and utilities and transport.
