Intelligence now has the software solution to this phone is the label given Departmental Confidential, the lowest of three security levels used by the Dutch government. In the case of the Panthon involves the IP-based encryption technology, which include both encrypted and ensures that voice calls can be conducted.

SecuVOICE
RElated to the company Fox-IT SecuVOICE it involves the SecuVOICE application of this company. SecuVoice works on a smart card that calls between two mobile phones and SMS messages completely encrypted. The microSD smartcard encrypts immediately after inserting the corresponding mobile phone. The smart card contains 4 GB of flash memory is also a crypto chip that accounts for the encryption. Of the 4 GB of memory is half hardware encrypted and the other 2 GB of free space to be used for other applications. The application also supports the open SecuVOICE sicher Netzubergreifende Sprachkommunikation (SNS)-standard fully encrypted voice and text communication. This standard supports including PSTN, GSM, TETRA and satellite networks for carriers such as CSD ISDN, 3G/WLAN (VoIP). The solution of Fox-IT is now approved for telephony over mobile phones from Nokia. SMS encryption is further investigated by the AIVD. Later this year, the supplier SecuVOICE also available to 3G phones, not just those from Nokia, as well as BlackBerry. An Android version will follow later.
