DAMM Cellular Systems today announced that Vikas Gaur will be joining DAMM DK’s head office team on 4 February 2026 as Sales Director India, tasked with overseeing the Indian market. India is a core region for the company’s cutting-edge critical communications products and solutions and DAMM looks forward to having someone of Vikas’ experience and knowledge leading our on-the-ground operations.

His appointment launches a new organisational setup for DAMM in India, aimed at streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth flow of information and technical support. From his position within the HQ management team, Vikas will be focusing on key existing projects and partnering with local systems integrators to develop new opportunities across the subcontinent.

Experience and cultural knowledge

Vikas Gaur studied at Pune University, where he completed his Batchelor degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering. He extended his studies at Amity University in Noida with an MBA centred on telecoms before launching his career in 2008. Having held senior sales and business development roles with two major communications specialists, he brings a wealth of experience and cultural knowledge to his new role at DAMM.
