New interesting collaboration raises the level of competence in critical communication in Denmark.

Celab Communications this week announced that Celab and Sieb Teknik APS will merge. Together, the two companies create Denmark's sharpest player in critical communication and worker safety for both the public and private sectors. Both companies have a long and a distinct focus within the industry but have had different specializations and experienced successes in different niches.

The merger will benefit the company's  joint customers and the market in general thanks to the synergies between both organizations. The new constellation will be operated under the already established brand Sieb Teknik and will offer more resources, more employees and broadened competence. Thanks to full-service facilities in Copenhagen, Esbjerg and Århus, very good geographical coverage is achieved throughout the entire Danish country.

"Together, we create the conditions to even better meet the need for advanced technical solutions for critical communication in the Danish market", says Mats Sernvik, CEO of CelabCommunications AB.

"Our two companies complement each other very well and the merger will definitely provide an increased level of service and presence for all stakeholders in Denmark", adds Niels Josaisen, CEO and co-owner of Sieb Teknik APS.

The company is now wholly owned by Celab Communications AB and the founders of Sieb Teknik APS and will be operationally led by Niels Josiasen as CEO.
