Airbus to Participate in Very First Online BAPCO Event

Airbus will be participating in the very first online edition of BAPCO which will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of March.

Airbus will be presenting an array of flagship products, including its Tactilon Agnet critical collaboration platform and its various features including push-to-talk, group communications, multimedia sharing and the possibility of Third-party application integration, as well as all the additional benefits it brings for mission-critical use.

With digital transformation, come new requirements for secure communications for public-safety organisations. Airbus will showcase its tailored hybrid solutions, including its Tactilon Dabat terminal, which helps organisations embrace technological evolution and gain in operational efficiency while maintaining the same level of security and resilience in their communications.

Airbus’ Tactilon Dabat hybrid device, is a smartphone and a Tetra radio in-one. Thanks to its state-of-the-art Hybrid Roaming feature, users can communicate efficiently, and seamlessly switch between Tetra or LTE network services, according to availability.

In addition to this, Airbus will be part of the conferences held during the event. Samuel Gustafsson, Head of Sales for Secure Land Communications at Airbus, will discuss critical communications of the future, mission-critical user experience, interoperability and its benefits for the future, the importance of applications, and the revolutionary shift in wireless communication brought by 5G technology. The conference will take place on the 2nd of March and will reveal 7 reasons why public-safety professionals should be excited about critical communications of the future.
