FREQUENTIS: Strong Growth in Revenues, Order intake, and Earnings in H1 2026

Frequentis delivered strong first-half 2026 results, with clear implications for control room technology investment across safety-critical sectors. Group revenues rose 44.8% to EUR 342.9 million, order intake grew 17.0% to EUR 361.7 million, and orders on hand hit a record EUR 835.0 million. EBIT reached EUR 15.6 million, up from a EUR -4.3 million loss a year earlier.

The standout development for control room operators is Frequentis' acquisition of a 51% majority stake in Spanish MCX specialist Nemergent Solutions, expanding its MissionX ecosystem across public safety, critical infrastructure, defence, and rail. The Public Safety & Transport segment grew revenues 11.2% to EUR 79.5 million, while the workforce expanded 13.6% to 2,895 FTEs, supporting continued control room deployment capacity.

"The development of our business in the first half of 2026 was very satisfactory. The high demand for our solutions for safety-critical infrastructure and the early achievement of many project milestones that were originally planned for the second half of the year resulted in a significant rise in revenues and earnings," said CEO Norbert Haslacher. "With orders on hand of EUR 835 million, we have an excellent basis for the ongoing development of the company."

Frequentis confirmed 2026 guidance: roughly 15% revenue growth and a 7.0% EBIT margin.
