Comptel TETRA Solution has been designed to offer TETRA operators ultimate ease-of-use and dependability through complete subscriber and service management functionality.

Solutions for TETRA operators

Comptel TETRA Solution enables centralised service and profile definitions, number management and automated provisioning, usage data collection and rating. Through its web-based interface, operators can manage organisations and subscribers with uniformity and confidence.

Comptel TETRA Solution enables end-user organisations to perform management tasks related to their own users, services and hierarchy. It enables efficient management of, for example, talkgroups and communication profiles and job and role-based privileges.

It also offers an automated means to implement a billing and accounting process for cost sharing. Profile functionality groups TETRA network services and combines them with rating rules for billing.

TETRA network environment services include, for example, voice calls, Short Data Service (SDS) messaging, data services and group calls. The solution can also be configured to manage services of 3rd party networks and service platforms with those of the TETRA network.

Comptel TETRA Solution provides reports of network usage and traffic. It also answers the need for strict user security through its authentication, authorisation, accounting and data privacy features.
