Following the launch of its new mission-critical range for PoC, ATEX and private 450 MHz mobile solutions, Crosscall has confirmed a new partnership with Radiocoms, a specialist in critical communications solutions, at Critical Communications World (CCW). This new partnership is designed to support Crosscall’s growth in the UK public safety and blue light sectors by combining its rugged mobile devices with Radiocoms’ industry knowledge, customer understanding and established reputation in the market.

Under the agreement, Radiocoms will act as an authorised reseller for Crosscall, supporting the introduction of its mission-critical mobile solutions across the UK public safety and critical communications sectors.

The partnership comes as Crosscall expands its portfolio of mission-critical solutions, including the launch of the new CORE-P6 a device specifically designed to support professional push-to-talk communications, alongside an expanding range of 450 MHz and ATEX-certified products. Together, the two companies will help organisations access specialist mobile solutions tailored to frontline and operational use.

The partnership also supports Crosscall’s ambition to strengthen its position in the UK mission-critical communications market and increase awareness of its rugged mobility portfolio, while positioning the company for future opportunities linked to the Emergency Services Network (ESN) project.
Crosscall’s devices are designed for professional users, combining durability, long battery life and dependable performance in the field. Through this partnership, Crosscall and Radiocoms will provide organisations with mobile solutions that support critical communications requirements and long-term operational deployment in demanding environments.

Nicolas Zibell, CEO of Crosscall, said:

“Radiocoms brings valuable sector knowledge and a strong reputation in critical communications, making them an important partner for Crosscall in the UK public safety market. This collaboration supports our ambition to strengthen our position in mission-critical communications and to provide organisations with rugged, dependable devices suited to frontline operational use.”

Mark Blythe, CEO of Radiocoms, said:

“Radiocoms is delighted that Crosscall has agreed to partner Radiocoms in the UK market. Crosscall’s strong and developing product range is ideal for Radiocoms’ mission critical and business critical customer base. We look forward to a close working relationship as we develop opportunities within the UK public safety market.”

This partnership marks an important step in Crosscall’s UK growth strategy and reflects both companies’ shared focus on supporting organisations that require resilient, fit-for-purpose communications solutions in critical environments.
