Curated by: Gert Jan Wolf - Editor-in Chief for The Critical Communications Review

PowerTrunk recently participated in the Spain–Canada Conference and Networking event held in Toronto, Canada, reinforcing bilateral ties between the Spanish critical communications industry and Canadian business and government stakeholders.

The event, organised by ICEX Spain Trade and Investment in collaboration with CEOE, the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), brought together senior representatives from both countries to strengthen economic and innovation partnerships. The conference was chaired by His Majesty the King of Spain and attended by high-level institutional figures from both nations.

PowerTrunk was among the companies invited to represent the Spanish mission critical communications ecosystem in Canada, underscoring the sector's growing relevance in international trade and technology diplomacy. The company's participation provided an opportunity to engage with potential partners, exchange industry insights, and explore new avenues for collaboration across the two countries.

The event reflected broader efforts by Spanish trade bodies and government agencies to promote the country's technology sector on the international stage, with the critical communications industry positioned as a key area of strategic interest.
