Telex Dispatch Achieves Milestone with CMS Phase II
Telex Dispatch announced a major advancement in system management with the successful completion of Motorola PTIG Non-CAP testing for its upcoming Console Management System (CMS) Phase II. This milestone validates the system’s interoperability and reliability, ensuring readiness for mission-critical environments.
In high-stakes operations, reliability and efficiency are paramount. CMS Phase II is built on a high-availability, Linux-based server that establishes a centralized point of control for dispatch systems, enabling simplified operations, reduced downtime, and seamless scalability across large-scale environments.
The latest release introduces capabilities never before available in a Telex Dispatch system, including direct IP connection to L3Harris XL mobiles, CSSI Gateway operation for connecting to Motorola, Tait, or L3Harris P25 RFSS cores, and the ability to perform remote updates for both C-Soft applications and field devices such as the IP-3000, IP-224, and ADHB-4.
These advancements allow dispatch centers to streamline system maintenance, minimize downtime, and focus on critical operations that keep communities safe and connected.
Telex Dispatch will announce the official release date of CMS Phase II soon, marking a new era of dispatch system management.
