JUMA Communications Strengthens Ecosystem Strategy with New Appointment
Bruce Jolly to lead the development of strategic relationships across device manufacturers, application platform providers and network operators.
JUMA Communications has announced the appointment of Bruce Jolly as Head of Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships, a newly created role designed to strengthen the company’s position within the rapidly evolving broadband push-to-talk (PTT) and mission-critical communications ecosystem.
In his new role, he will lead the development of strategic relationships across device manufacturers, application platform providers and network operators to ensure JUMA’s professional audio accessories are fully validated and trusted across modern broadband communications environments.
As the industry continues its transition from traditional narrowband radio to broadband communications, JUMA has been developing a line of accessories designed specifically for this market. Products such as the company’s range of USB-C remote speaker microphone are engineered for broadband PTT platforms and rugged smart devices used by frontline teams.
With extensive experience across telecommunications, radio frequency (RF) communications and mission-critical technology environments. Bruce Jolly’s career has focused on product strategy, ecosystem collaboration and the delivery of complex communications solutions across secure networks and connected devices. Having worked in senior product and leadership roles across telecoms, certification bodies and technology organisations, he has developed deep expertise in device ecosystems, network technologies and the practical requirements of deploying reliable communications systems.
Most recently, he served as Senior Product Manager at IONX Networks, where he led product releases across complex 4G and 5G network environments, coordinating engineering, supplier and delivery teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments.
This combination of technical credibility and strategic product experience makes him well placed to support JUMA’s growing role within the broadband PTT ecosystem.
Commenting on the appointment, Andrew McLachlan, Managing Director at JUMA Communications, said:
“Broadband PTT and MCX platforms are reshaping the communications landscape and organisations deploying these systems expect accessories that are designed specifically for that environment.
“Bruce’s experience will help ensure JUMA continues to develop solutions that meet the technical and operational demands of the broadband communications market.”
Bruce Jolly added:
"I’m excited to join JUMA at a time when the ecosystem is evolving quickly. I’m looking forward to working with partners across devices, platforms and networks to support the next generation of professional communications.”
This key appointment reflects JUMA’s continued focus on supporting the next generation of mission-critical communications solutions and ensuring its accessories remain aligned with the evolving broadband PTT ecosystem.
