ACMOS Appoints Franck Broquelaire at Head of Deployment and Professional References

On February 1, 2025, Franck Broquelaire was appointed head of deployment and business references in the ACMOSS Operations Directorate (DO).

On February 1, 2025, Franck Broquelaire was appointed head of deployment and business references in the ACMOSS Operations Directorate (DO). As a professional firefighter commander, Broquelaire held strategic and operational functions within the Oise SDIS, enriching his expertise in information and communication systems (CIS).

He held the positions of deputy departmental and zonal SIC referent for the northern zone, and managed the flagship projects Réseau Radio du Futur (RRF) and NexSIS 18-112 at SDIS 60, thus strengthening the modernization of critical communications. His experience also extends to crisis management, with the role of commander of relief operations, trainer in crisis management for territorial executives, and collaborator on inter-service systems.

As a Gendarmerie reservist, former member of approved civil security associations and auditor of IHEDN and INHESJ, Franck Broquelaire benefits from a global vision of public and private security issues. He also gained valuable experience in private security.
