Axon posts record Q1 2026 revenue of USD 807 million, raises full-year outlook on strong public safety demand
Axon Enterprise has reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of USD 807 million, an increase of 34 percent year over year, marking the company's ninth consecutive quarter of growth above 30 percent. The public safety technology provider attributed the result to broad-based demand across its connected ecosystem and announced an upward revision to its 2026 revenue guidance.
Software and Services revenue rose 35 percent year over year to USD 355 million, while Connected Devices revenue grew 33 percent to USD 453 million. Within Connected Devices, the Platform Solutions category — which includes fleet in-car video, fixed cameras, drones and counter-drone equipment — increased 95 percent year over year to USD 111 million. Counter-drone product revenue more than tripled, while AI products grew over 700 percent compared with the same period last year. Annual recurring revenue reached USD 1.5 billion, up 35 percent, with net revenue retention of 125 percent.
Net income totalled USD 169 million, supporting non-GAAP net income of USD 133 million and Adjusted EBITDA of USD 202 million at a 25.0 percent margin. International revenue rose to 20 percent of total sales, up from 12 percent a year earlier.
During the quarter Axon introduced several new capabilities at its annual user conference, including Axon Vision for fixed-camera environments, Axon Guardian for real-time officer support via body-worn and fleet cameras, and an expanded Axon Assistant operating across the platform within a CJIS-compliant environment. The company also launched Dedrone C2, the next iteration of its counter-drone platform, and Sky Carrier, a portable system combining Dedrone, Fusus, Starlink and rapid-launch aircraft for major events.
Axon now expects full-year 2026 revenue growth of 30 to 32 percent, up from a previous range of 27 to 30 percent, and maintained its Adjusted EBITDA margin guidance at 25.5 percent.
