ACMOSS Appoints Mickaël Moreira as Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mickaël Moreira has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ACMOSS, Le Réseau Radio du Futur (RRF), with effect from September 1, 2025. Mr. Moreira will be instrumental in improving the performance and dependability of the Radio Network of the Future (RRF) thanks to his vast experience in mobile telecommunications and operational leadership.
Mr. Moreira joined Orange as an internal employee in 2010 after initially working there as a subcontractor in 2007, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience. He has managed technical teams devoted to vital network operations throughout his career and has deep expertise in mobile core network signaling.
Additionally, he has contributed significantly to important international events, such as the 2023 Rugby World Cup France and the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Mr. Moreira was in charge of overseeing and managing Orange Events' advanced Push-to-Talk services, among other solutions. Notably, he created and oversaw the Orange Technology Operations Center, which functioned as the main command center for the Games.
Mr. Moreira will use this advanced knowledge to support RRF subscribers in his new role at ACMOSS, furthering the organization's objective to provide safe, dependable, and forward-thinking telecommunications solutions.
