Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA), a national leader in integrated communication, connectivity, and security solutions, has appointed Jonathan Nikols as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The executive search was led by Nexus Search Partners, reflecting MCA’s focus on attracting top-tier leadership talent.
Nikols brings more than 20 years of experience leading global revenue organizations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise, Americas at Verizon Business, following senior leadership roles at HP, Polycom, and NCR Corporation. His career highlights include launching “as-a-service” models, managing global services teams, and transforming commercial operations at Fortune 500 technology companies.
As CRO, Nikols will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success. He will drive MCA’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring commercial operations are aligned with customer needs while building a high-performing, customer-centric organization. His mandate includes developing strategic initiatives, improving business outcomes, and implementing best-in-class processes that strengthen customer partnerships.
