Australian NSW Telco announce d that they are are conducting an open market engagement for the procurement of Mobile Satellite Devices. These devices can provide temporary access to internet and/or mobile coverage to ensure connectivity for impacted communities and first responders is maintained during natural disasters and emergency responses.

Selected supplier(s) will be required to provide a diverse range of Mobile Satellite Devices which should meet characteristics including transportability and durability, ease of setup, power management, connectivity and remote management and monitoring.

NSW Telco invites all potential suppliers to submit proposals by 21 November 2023, using the link below.

Successful respondent(s) will be required to supply readily available technologies that will be tested in a series of experiments simulating real life situations to determine their feasibility.
