The “Secure Communication” Summit offers a wide range of topics relating to the technological change in professional communication, digitalization, networking, broadband strategies, cybersecurity and the latest developments in the control centers.

For the 22nd edition of the international trade fair PMRExpo from 22 to 24 November 2022 in Koelnmesse, the diverse conference program has now been published and the ticket shop has been opened at www.pmrexpo.com. The trade fair for all areas related to Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) – i.e. professional mobile radio – offers a mix of lectures, specialist forums and the actual exhibition in Hall 10.2. For three days, the leading trade fair for secure communication is the meeting place for experts from public authorities and organisations with safety tasks (BOS) and the relevant industry.

The “Secure Communication” Summit offers a wide range of topics relating to the technological change in professional communication, digitalization, networking, broadband strategies, cybersecurity and the latest developments in the control centers. Each day of the congress is dedicated to a special focus.

The special feature of the first two days are high-ranking keynote speeches. Thus, North Rhine- Westphalia’s Interior Minister Herbert Reul will traditionally open the PMRExpo and focus on current issues from his state. At the start of the second day of the trade fair, Andreas Gegenfurtner, President of the Federal Agency for Public Safety Digital Radio (BDBOS), will speak about current issues related to radio technology for the “blue light organisations.”

The first day will focus in the morning on “Technological Change, Digitization and Networking: New Era or “Business As Usual” and in the afternoon on “Broadband for industry & KRITIS – rethink the implementation”! The second day is dedicated to the topics “Proceeding resilient MC broadband Services” and “Cybersecurity”. The last day will focus on control center technology – with the title “The new control centers – smart & efficient” including practical examples.

In the ticket shop, opened at www.pmrexpo.com, interested parties can already book day or long- term tickets. These are offered separately for the exhibition called “show” as well as a combined ticket for the exhibition visit and the participation in the summit – the specialist lectures. In addition, you can register for the Summit live stream on one or all three days.

The show is open daily from 9 a.m. It closes at 6 p.m. on the first two days and at 3.30 p.m. on the final day.
