Rhea County Tennessee 911 Deploys ZETRON 911 Max Call-Taking solution

Rhea County 9-1-1 in Tennessee replaced its aging phone system with a Zetron MAX call-taking and 9-1-1 telecommunications system.

GeoConex Corporation assisted Rhea County 911 with the replacement of their aging phone system with a Zetron MAX Call-Taking Next Generation 9-1-1 telecommunications system. GeoConex is an authorized dealer for Zetron mission-critical communications solutions. Rhea County and GeoConex have been partners since 2010 when they purchased new CAD and mapped ALI systems.

The Zetron MAX CT offers a full range of features and functionality including: intelligent user interface, automatic call recovery, low power consumption, high reliability and cost-effective scalability, digital end-to-end IP, and remote access and maintenance.
