Norbert Haslacher FREQUENTIS AG's new executive

As of 1 April 2015, Norbert Haslacher, previously general manager with CSC for Austria & Eastern Europe, takes over the board responsibility for Sales & Marketing.

44-year-old Mr Haslacher from Vienna can contribute extensive experience and global know-how from the world of IT to his new area of responsibility. His almost 17 years with the international IT- service provider CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) have coined his career so far: Initially Mr Haslacher took care of customers in the area of Management Consulting and went on to lead CSC's banking business in Germany and the Middle East for four years. Norbert Haslacher was CEO of CSC Austria & Eastern Europe since 2009 where he was responsible for many Eastern European countries, including Russia and Turkey.

Now Mr Haslacher is looking forward to new challenges at Frequentis, the global provider of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. At present, more than 250 customers from 120 countries trust in Frequentis know-how and expertise – with the help of IT-expert Haslacher, who also brings vast experience in international sales to the table, these figrures are set to rise. “I almost can’t await using my global IT-background to contribute to this top company,” says the newly appointed member of the Frequentis executive board.
