With nearly two decades of distinguished service in Saudi Arabia’s telecom sector, Al-Mutairi brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of leadership. His career journey reflects steady advancement through pivotal roles, including Network General Manager (Act) and Network Planning & Design Director at Specialized by stc. He worked as Technology Operations Manager at Lebara Mobile KSA, and over a decade of progressive leadership positions at Mobily. Each step of his career has reinforced his reputation as a visionary leader dedicated to advancing the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure.

Al-Mutairi’s extensive knowledge spans mobile networks from 2G to 5G, MVNO operations, transport systems across wire and wireless platforms, IT infrastructures, satellite communications, business support systems (BSS), and mission-critical technologies including MC-PTT, PMR, and MCX. This breadth of expertise uniquely positions him to guide Specialized by stc toward new achievements in serving industries and organizations where reliability and resilience are non-negotiable.

A graduate of King Saud University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Al-Mutairi has also sharpened his leadership skills through international executive education as part of the Effective Leaders Program at IE Business School.
