Aviat Networks Delivers Sixth Straight Year of Revenue Growth as Backlog Climbs 14% in Fiscal 2026
Aviat Networks reported continued revenue growth for its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and full year, ended July 3, 2026, marking the company's sixth consecutive year of revenue growth. Fourth-quarter total revenue reached 120.9 million dollars, up 4.8 percent year-over-year, led by North America revenue of 68.3 million dollars, up 17.8 percent on growth with mobile service providers and private network customers. Full-year revenue rose to 439.7 million dollars, a 1.2 percent increase over fiscal 2025.
The company closed the year with backlog of 367 million dollars, up 14 percent year-over-year, and maintained a trailing-twelve-month book-to-bill ratio above 1. During the quarter, Aviat secured a significant US order valued between 25 and 30 million dollars from an existing customer, and repurchased 2.2 million dollars in shares at an average price of 16.55 dollars per share.
Full-year profitability also improved, with GAAP operating income rising 81.9 percent to 19.2 million dollars and non-GAAP operating income up 5.2 percent to 30.6 million dollars. GAAP net income for the year rose to 2.5 million dollars, or 0.19 dollars per diluted share, compared with 1.3 million dollars a year earlier. The company ended the period with 72.8 million dollars in cash and issued fiscal 2027 guidance projecting revenue of 455 to 470 million dollars and Adjusted EBITDA of 50 to 55 million dollars.
