C2000 to implement 68 new antennas

After problems with the coverage of the system back in 2009, the improvement project named 'ODIN' was created. The placement of additional antennas is part of this improvement project.

As part of improving the coverage of communications on the C2000 TETRA Network in The Netherlands, the next two years, 68 additional antennas will be installed. According to the Antenna bureau, the implementation should solve 53 known problems much faster.  C2000 is the communications network for emergency services (fire, ambulance, police). After problems with the coverage of the system back in 2009, the improvement process named 'ODIN' was created. The placement of additional antennas is part of this improvement project.
