Funk Fuchs GmbH Wins 60 Million Euro Framework Agreement for TETRA Radios
Austrian Communications Specialist Secures Six-Year Federal Procurement Contract Worth Up to €60 Million, Strengthening Its Position in Mission-Critical Communications.
Funk Fuchs GmbH continues its successful growth trajectory, reaching another important milestone in the company's development. In the tender for "TETRA Digital Radio Devices" issued by Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG), the company was selected as the best bidder. As of July 2026, Funk Fuchs is established as BBG's contractual partner under a six-year framework agreement for the supply of TETRA terminal devices to all authorities in Austria. The total contract volume amounts to between 20 and 60 million euros.
With this contract, Funk Fuchs GmbH reinforces its position as one of the leading providers of professional radio and communications solutions in Austria. The framework agreement covers the supply of the powerful TETRA mobile and portable terminal devices, which will be deployed by authorities across Austria going forward.
