Motorola Solutions Concludes 2026 ANZ Tech Summit, Names CSE Crosscom Partner of the Year
Additional honours included the Growth Partner Award (MCS Digital), Project of the Year (Mastercom) and Sales Excellence (Carlos Pereiras, BAI Communications)
Motorola Solutions has concluded its 2026 ANZ Tech Summit, held across two sessions in Melbourne and Perth, bringing together its channel partner community from Australia and New Zealand to review product developments and recognise outstanding performance across the region.
The summit centred on the company's connected technology ecosystem and the strength of its partner network. Strategic sessions provided detailed briefings on product evolution and the roadmap across MOTOTRBO, Curve, WAVE and the retail ecosystem. Vertical-focused programmes addressed Retail and Transport & Logistics in Melbourne, and Mining and Oil & Gas in Perth.
Attendees also engaged with hands-on technology pods featuring live demonstrations of fixed video and AI analytics, WAVE broadband push-to-talk, next-generation body-worn video, and the MOTOTRBO hardware ecosystem.
The event concluded with the announcement of the 2025 Motorola Solutions Awards. CSE Crosscom was named Partner Empower Partner of the Year for the ANZ region. Further honours were presented to MCS Digital, which received the Growth Partner Award; Mastercom, named Project of the Year; and Carlos Pereiras of BAI Communications, recognised for Sales Excellence.
Steve Ritchie, General Manager for CSE Crosscom ANZ, said the recognition reflected the consistency, expertise and teamwork across the business. He noted that being acknowledged by Motorola Solutions at this level demonstrated both the strength of the partnership and the standard of outcomes delivered for customers. Ritchie described the award as a significant achievement for the entire team, particularly given the scale and complexity of the work delivered throughout 2025.
The summit underscored the continued collaboration between Motorola Solutions and its partner network across Australia and New Zealand, highlighting the role of the channel community in delivering integrated communication and safety solutions to end users across the region.
