Smart beverage leader adopts advanced PoC platform to strengthen nationwide operations.

A major step forward has been taken in Thailand’s smart retail sector as Tao Bin, the country’s leading smart beverage vending brand, has modernized its nationwide service operations through the deployment of Hytera’s HyTalk Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) solution. The rollout positions Hytera as a central technology partner in strengthening operational resilience, field responsiveness, and real-time coordination for large-scale service networks.

The Hytera HyTalk platform now acts as Tao Bin’s unified communications backbone, streamlining voice, video, and GPS connectivity across field teams and headquarters. Integrated with Hytera’s PNC460 XRugged Smart Devices, the solution operates over local cellular networks to support precise dispatching, swift issue resolution, and synchronized field operations throughout the country.
Early results indicate significant improvements in Tao Bin’s after-service workflow. Real-time monitoring, enhanced on-site support capabilities, and centralized device management have contributed to a more reliable and data-driven service infrastructure, strengthening uptime and overall customer satisfaction.

Tao Bin’s CEO, Watanya Amatanon, noted the operational gains, emphasizing faster response times, better coordination, and improved service visibility across Thailand. Hytera Thailand’s Sales Director, Lynn Lin, highlighted the growing relevance of PoC technologies for service-oriented industries and reaffirmed Hytera’s commitment to delivering scalable communication solutions for evolving commercial environments.

With this deployment, Hytera further reinforces its role in enabling smarter, more efficient field operations in Thailand’s rapidly expanding smart retail landscape.
