Cross-disciplinary event brings together fire, law enforcement, EMS, 911, emergency management, and industry partners to strengthen public safety communications and interoperability.

The Public Safety Broadband Technology Association (PSBTA) will bring together public safety professionals, government leaders, and industry partners at the 2026 Vision FirstNet Users Summit, a national event focused on strengthening collaboration across disciplines while exploring the technologies, partnerships, and policy initiatives shaping the future of public safety communications.

The conference will take place September 14-16, 2026, at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Centered on the theme "Bringing Public Safety Together," the Vision Summit is designed to unite professionals from fire, law enforcement, EMS, 911, emergency management, and other public safety disciplines to strengthen collaboration, interoperability, and innovation. By connecting leaders around shared priorities, the conference will create opportunities for attendees to learn from one another and work together to address the evolving challenges facing the public safety community.

"Vision Summit is about bringing the right people together to foster partnerships across public safety," said Chief Richard Carrizzo, president of the PSBTA. "By connecting leaders from every discipline, we create opportunities to share knowledge, build relationships, and ensure public safety professionals have the information they need to address today's challenges while preparing for what's next."

The conference has expanded its programming this year to include greater representation from law enforcement, emergency management, and health and wellness, while continuing to feature nationally recognized public safety leaders and subject matter experts.

In addition to keynote presentations and educational sessions, attendees will participate in networking events, technology demonstrations, and discussions designed to connect public safety agencies with industry partners. Conference organizers intentionally structured the event to maximize interaction among attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, encouraging conversations that continue well beyond formal presentations.

The Vision Summit also features participation from leading public safety organizations, technology providers and policymakers, offering attendees timely insights into the evolving public safety communications landscape and opportunities to collaborate on issues affecting agencies nationwide.
