Manage Incidents on the Go 
One of the most powerful additions in this release is the Mobile Incident Manager. For the first time, Synch users can create, assign, track, and resolve incidents directly from the mobile app. Whether you’re a lone worker reporting a safety hazard or a field supervisor coordinating a response, incident tools are now at your fingertips-right where the action happens.

Searchable Voice Logs with Transcripts 
Synch 6.3 introduces Transcription for PTT sessions. Recorded group or one-on-one voice messages can now be transcribed into searchable text, unlocking a new layer of documentation, incident review, and compliance. Ideal for high-risk industries and audit scenarios. 

Enhanced Maps and Visibility 
The company improved how users and objects appear on dispatcher maps at different zoom levels – offering a clearer view of operations across large areas. 

Dispatchers now also benefit from a new “Disconnected” status, visually flagging users who’ve lost connection abnormally-so issues don’t go unnoticed.
