Design concept of VP8000

The VP8000 is designed for use in harsh environments, such as firefighters wearing thick gloves at a fire scene and police officers carrying equipment on their waists, and the layout and shape of each control system is designed to ensure reliable operation. The shape of the radio body has an inverted square pyramidal design that extends upward to enhance grip when held in the hand. The guard shape around the top surface prevents operational errors and protects the display and operation buttons from the impact when dropped. In addition, a large color display on the top surface of the body enables users to check the status of the device even when it is worn on the body. The design combines functionality and ergonomics to support grueling task.
