The Finnish National Police Board and a consortium comprising Patria, Portalify Oy and Codea Oy have signed an agreement for the development and delivery of a Multi-Agency Field Commanding System (KEJO) for all Finnish PPDR authorities.

KEJO is a multi-agency system for public safety mobile ICT services and an application platform for mobile terminals that will be operated mainly over wireless networks. The system enables field commanding, common operational picture, access to several master systems and exchange of information in real time with other PPDR authorities.

KEJO will be used by the Finnish Police, Rescue Departments, Social and Healthcare authorities, Frontier Guard, Defence Forces and Customs with other authorities to join at a later stage. Implementation will take place during 2015-2017.

This prestigious contract strengthens the market position of consortia members as the software and system suppliers of choice for PPDR authorities.

The total value of the contract is € 23 Mio.
