Needa Discusses Mobile Broadband Data Applications for Public Safety & Security at MWC

Nedda will join a panel discussion organised by Nokia to discuss the increasing importance of mobile broadband data applications for public safety and security and the importance of Nedaa 4G network.

Nedaa, the Dubai Government security networks provider, fields a high-profile delegation headed by Chief Executive Officer Saeed Bin Abid, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mansoor Bu Osaiba and Chief Technical Officer Yousif Al Ali to the 2017 Mobile World Congress, the latest edition of the world’s largest annual mobile technology expo running until March 2, 2017 in Barcelona, Spain.

The group will share, exchange and explore the latest mobile technologies and tools and determine how Nedaa can apply the best global mobile practices to set new wireless communications benchmarks in Dubai and across the UAE.

The Congress provides an international platform to highlight ‘Smart Dubai,’ an ambitious initiative to transform Dubai into the world’s smartest and happiest city. Bu Osaiba will join a panel discussion organised by Nokia to discuss the increasing importance of mobile broadband data applications for public safety and security and the importance of Nedaa 4G network for mission-critical that aims to create safe and smart city for residents and visitors. Nedaa will also share its own efforts to further advance the telecommunications agenda under Dubai Plan 2021 to event participants while gaining valuable insights on critical areas ranging from mobile security and operational efficiency to the ongoing transition from legacy LTE networks to 5G wireless systems.
