SEE completes TETRA Radio Coverage project for the Micheville Tunnel, Luxembourg
On the 15th of December 2016, SEE TELECOM finalized the installation and commissioning of the TETRA radio coverage system for the Micheville Tunnel in Luxembourg.
The Micheville tunnel is a 2 tubes road tunnel of 735 meters long that permits a better link between Audun-le-Tiche (France) and Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxembourg).
To enhance the security inside the tunnel, SEE enhanced radio coverage for the national public safety TETRA network, named RENITA (Luxembourg) and for 6 FM channels with voice break-in for emergency messages insertion.
