TC Connect Wins Rakel TETRA network coverage tender
Skellefteå Kraft is one of the largest power producers, with its own production facilities for wind, hydro, thermal and bio-energy.
TC Connect has won the tender with Skellefteå Kraft to deliver enhanced coverage of the Rakel TETRA network on 17 Skellefteå Kraft plants, including their head office. The assignment includes planning, installation, testing, measurement and maintenance.
"We have choses TC Connect for that they offered the overall most economically advantageous solution for Skellefteå Kraft. TC Connect also have a local presence through their partner CarCom and extensive experience and expertise in radio technology for eg Rachel. This was a big advantage, "says Christer Andersson, Head of Security at Skellefteå Kraft.
Furthermore, Christer Andersson says: "We look forward to working with TC Connect as a long term and competent partner who can support us in our efforts to create a modern, cost effective and secure communications solution for our technicians, employees and customers."
