Source: MCCResources

Next week the 14th PMRExpo in Cologne starts. From 25 to 27 November 2014 everything in the Koelnmesse Congress Center will revolve around "professional mobile radio" and especially at the booth of Hytera.

Hytera Mobilfunk will again be represented in its usual place on D03. For 2014 the focus for us is on system solutions. Three presentation islands addressing the core areas of public transport, public security as well as solutions for industry and utilities will form the heart of the re-designed stand and provide information on innovations such as the complete DMR Dispatcher solution and our comprehensive new TETRA train radio solution.

Expansion of Hytera portfolio

The Hytera product portfolio has also expanded extensively this year. With the PD3, PD5 and PD6 as well as the new digital PMR446 series, many new DMR handheld radios will be available on our stand along with TETRA handheld radios.

Broadband TETRA & LTE showcase

With the Hytera broadband show case the company will also show you the future of professional mobile radio, TETRA and LTE networks. Furthermore, Hytera is deeply committed to the broadband issue. Bernhard Klinger, Vice President Business Development at Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH and Head of the Broadband Department at the Federal Association of Professional Mobile Radio (PMev), will give a lecture on the 26th of November as part of the PMR conference. Under the title "Broadband Communication for Public Safety - system architecture, possible options for action and opportunities for Germany", he will give an insight into the current broadband discussion.
