From 1 November 2013, Kjeld Pharao will take over the role of CEO from company founder Hans Damm. Mr Damm himself will remain closely involved with the company on a daily basis as CTO, leading DAMM’s R&D department.

Kjeld Pharao brings with him a proven track record in senior management roles at IBM, Maersk Data and other leading blue chip businesses. His wide international experience is expected to prove a major asset to DAMM as the company continues to build its global presence.

The senior management team has been further strengthened by the appointment of Moritz Hynkemejer as COO and Vice President and Allan Detlefsen as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Before joining DAMM, Detlefsen was instrumental in building the European and overseas sales of OJ Electronics, Denmark.

The new management appointments represent a clear message of intent from the Danish radio communications experts as they seek to build on the global success of their TetraFlex® digital radio infrastructure solution.
