In order to improve its communication infrastructure, Telkom Property Indonesia, a prominent property management firm that also serves Telkom Indonesia and other clients, has formed a partnership with Inrico. In light of the swift expansion of the real estate sector, Telkom Property Indonesia acknowledged the imperative to update its communication infrastructure in order to align with the changing demands of market management.

A thorough evaluation of Telkom Property Indonesia's communication needs and operations was carried out by Inrico. Following this, a customized communication system enhancement solution was formulated in order to facilitate the organization's shift towards more sophisticated and digital property management methodologies. The solution consists of the following components: the T320 intelligent Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) radio, the DR10 direct-mode gateway (which supports visualized dispatch, push-to-talk (PTT), and PMR-PoC convergence.

The underground parking facilities and elevators, where conventional two-way wireless communication systems were implemented by Telkom Property Indonesia, encountered constraints due to the presence of weak or nonexistent wireless signals. By eliminating the need for expensive repeater deployment and utilizing PoC technology and signal amplifiers via WiFi and 4G cellular networks, the T320 PoC radio from Inrico circumvents these coverage limitations.

The converged gateway device DR10 from Inrico, which facilitates interconnection between Telkom Property's established analog and digital two-way radio system and newly acquired PoC radios of various modes and manufacturers, is the core of these streamlined communication processes. In addition, the Caller ID display feature of the DR10 between PoC and PMR devices enables property management personnel to easily identify the caller while on the move.

The implementation of Inrico's communication solutions enables enhanced efficiency in situations involving communication between departments. In response to resident inquiries or emergencies, security officers equipped with handheld PoC radios can be rapidly mobilized by reception personnel. The property manager can efficiently escalate the need for maintenance technicians by utilizing the Mobile PTT App, thereby optimizing the resolution of issues.

iConvNet, dispatch software developed by Inrico's global strategic partner, and T320 PoC radios facilitate property patrol management by providing security and maintenance personnel with NFC or GPS-based clock-in alternatives. The utilization of text, photographs, and videos to document on-site conditions in real-time improves the precision of data, thereby empowering managers to efficiently analyze and resolve concerns.

iConvNet's wireless communication solution incorporates a variety of CCTV applications for license plate and facial recognition based on artificial intelligence. The monitoring system generates real-time alerts in response to suspicious vehicles or individuals, facilitating prompt security responses via iConvNet Dispatch.

"The Inrico T320 PoC radios, coupled with iConvNet Mobile & Dispatch, have significantly improved our property management efficiency," said an enterprise manager at Telkom Property Indonesia. "We can now accomplish tasks efficiently with limited manpower, leading to a significant increase in customer satisfaction."
