Inrico played a pivotal role by providing state-of-the-art wireless communication solutions, ensuring the safety and orderly execution of pavilion competitions.

The 19th Asian Games concluded with great success in Hangzhou, China, spanning from September 23rd to October 8th, 2023. This historic event saw an impressive gathering of over 12,000 athletes representing 45 countries and regions, making it the most extensive participation in any Asian Games to date.

In the spotlight of this grand sports event was the fencing competition, which unfolded at the Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology (HUEST) gymnasium. Inrico played a pivotal role by providing state-of-the-art wireless communication solutions, ensuring the safety and orderly execution of pavilion competitions.

Inrico's wireless communication solutions boast a diverse range of applications and an impressive track record of success. With their robust functionality and remarkable flexibility, these solutions can be tailored to suit various needs and scenarios, efficiently minimizing costs, and optimizing communication performance.

 DMR-PoC Integration with Full Coverage

Ensuring stable wireless network coverage within a bustling and densely populated stadium is no easy feat. Inrico addressed this challenge head-on by deploying the T368 dual-mode intelligent terminal, purposefully designed for the fencing stadium. This strategic decision was grounded in our extensive experience and thorough cost analysis. The T368 dual-mode intelligent terminal seamlessly bridges the public network and DMR conventional private network, significantly reducing deployment and maintenance expenses while enhancing communication performance.

Intelligent and Powerful

The field staff relied on the T368 dual-mode intelligent radio; a product specifically engineered by Inrico for business-critical users. This hybrid terminal, featuring DMR and PoC modes, combines powerful functionality with a lightweight, compact design, weighing a mere 300 grams, making it easy to carry. Furthermore, the terminal is equipped with a 2W/36mm diameter loudspeaker and dual-mic noise reduction technology, ensuring crystal-clear communication even in noisy environments. Its 6000mAh high-capacity battery guarantees longevity, accommodating the needs of field staff during extended shifts. The terminal also supports multimedia functions, including audio/video calls and video uploads, rendering it the ultimate communication tool for mega events.

Precise Positioning and Efficient Scheduling

Leveraging the high-precision GPS positioning module of the T368, the iConvNet platform, a global strategic partner of Inrico, offers a rich array of features. These include real-time location tracking, historical track playback, geo-fencing, and circle-to-call functionalities. The platform supports Google online maps and can be customized to display professional maps according to customer preferences. Through map-based dispatching, event commanders gain a more intuitive understanding of staff deployment, ensuring seamless organization. In case of emergencies, the circle-to-call function efficiently dispatches nearby staff to address any issues, thus guaranteeing the smooth execution of the event.

High-Definition Audio/Video Return

Inrico's T368 dual-mode intelligent terminal is equipped with front 2MP and rear 13MP cameras, capable of real-time audio and video transmission via a high-speed 4G network to the dispatch console. Commanders can assess on-site conditions through the cameras, enhancing efficiency in command and management.
