Entel opens new technical support desk

Entel announced that as part of their continuous improvements the company is pleased to announce their new technical support desk.

According to Entel, all support tickets raised will be responded to within 1 working hour of receipt (UK 9am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday). In the situation that customers have a time critical request, e.g. when a customer is on-site with their customer and need an immediate response, you can still phone the company to receive support.

As the support desk is subject to tight response time targets, it will significantly improve efficiency. However, the company states that any emails sent requesting technical support cannot be guaranteed to receive the same level of service.

Entel’s Support desk is for anything technical that is not covered by the Entel Dealer Portal.
