Hytera states that its new Partner Enabling Program (PEP) concept has been well received.

With the certification of Selectric Nachrichten-Systeme GmbH, another partner from the Hytera DACH sales region has been made a Bronze partner.

After attending intensive training lasting two days, staff from the Münster-based company commented that they were extremely pleased with program.

"The quality of the Partner Enabling Program and the way in which it is implemented have really impressed us. Hytera Mobilfunk's new seminars clearly and concisely impart exactly the knowledge that we need to be able to offer optimum solutions for our customers. The PEP provides an excellent basis for making collaboration even more intensive and successful in future," states Stephan Pelz, Sales Manger at Selectric Nachrichten-Systeme GmbH.

This is exactly what the Partner Enabling Program is designed for: "Our sales partners are essential when it comes to creating and supplying our company's high-quality communication solutions. While other manufacturers in our sector are cutting back on their collaboration with partners, we are continuously developing our relationships with partners. PEP plays an important role in achieving shared success," states Frank Pauer, Deputy CSO at Hytera Mobilfunk.

Hytera Mobilfunk's new program has struck a chord with its partners. "We are responding flexibly to the ever-changing needs of PMR, public security, private LTE and the IoT market. The exclusively positive feedback that we have received from our partners not only validates our work, it is also testament to the great trust that our partners place both in Hytera Mobilfunk and in a shared future with us," explains Nadine Dublasiewicz, Growth Manager at Hytera Mobilfunk and in charge of PEP.

Bronze level for all partners
The aim of the Partner Enabling Program is to certify all of Hytera's partners to Bronze level. In the future, companies will be required to have this status before they are allowed to sell Hytera products and solutions. This way, Hytera Mobilfunk ensures that all partners of the mobile radio company have the same in-depth knowledge, not least to make customers happier, too. By providing yearly refresher training once Bronze partner status has been acquired, Hytera will also ensure that its partners' knowledge is always up to date. There are three certification levels in total. Each partner can decide for themselves whether they want to achieve Silver or Gold status and benefit from further training and other advantages.
