The certification highlights a firm commitment of the company high quality in its products and services, as well as with the establishment of sustainable relationships with all its stakeholders.

Teltronic has successfully completed the certification audit in the transition of ISO 9001: 2015 and 14001: 2015, a process by which companies already certified under the previous version of the standard accredit in compliance with the revised version.

In an increasingly changing and competitive environment, and with the objective of offering a response to the new economic, technological and environmental challenges faced by companies, the reference standards of quality and environmental management, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, have considerably improved in the new 2015 edition.

Once the transition audit process has been completed, Teltronic has proven to comply with the new requirements of the standards, and has renewed a certification that is a symbol of its firm commitment with the consistent application of high quality in its products and services, as well as with the establishment of sustainable relationships with all its stakeholders.

Regarding the previous edition, the new norm emphasizes a greater focus on the importance of planning processes and interactions, integrates risk-based thinking, and introduces the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle), a model on which each project, mission, process and activity must be managed, in a way that allows organizations to ensure that their processes have enough resources and are properly managed, and to determine the improvement opportunities.
