The online general meeting of the Federal Association of Professional Mobile Radio (PMeV)
- NETWORK SECURE COMMUNICATION has confirmed the board of the association for the next two years.

Bernhard Klinger (Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH), elected Chairman of the Board of Management for the first time in 2019, continues to lead the PMeV. Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Officer is Konstantin Heinrich König (Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH). In addition to König, Volker Hartwein (Frequentis Deutschland GmbH) is also the deputy chairman. The board also includes: Axel Kukuk (Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH), Charly Lemberger (telent GmbH) and Peter Stroetmann (Seamcom GmbH & Co.KG).

Regarding the positioning of PMeV in the coming years, Bernhard Klinger explains: “The market for mission- and security-critical communication will continue to develop rapidly in the direction of broadband in 2021 and in the years to come. New rules of the game, new challenges and new players shape the development. In this environment, we want to continue on the path we have chosen: Advance the expansion of our spectrum of experts, further develop the topic of "broadband in professional mobile communications" nationally and internationally and at the same time maintain the market for narrowband applications in the interests of many customers of our member companies. "

With a view to these goals, the PMeV will consolidate and expand its networking in the fields of politics, regulation, business and the media, further professionalize its work and adapt its structures to the challenges of the future.
